FOX Sports' Joel Klatt released its updated top 10 college football rankings after Week 9 of the regular season.

As usual, Klatt ranks them from No. 1 to 10 and then announces his “fast” teams. It was another wild weekend of football that turned heads.

Let's take a look at Klatt's top 10 teams as we prepare to turn the calendar to November. The brackets indicated movement or whether the team received an honorable mention (HM) last week.

The Ducks are at the top of Klatt's rankings this week after a dominant performance against Illinois at home. Oregon remained undefeated and atop the Big Ten.

Dillon Gabriel had another solid game and Oregon had basically won this one by halftime. The Ducks won 38-9 after scoring 35 points in the first half.

Georgia is near the top of Klatt's rankings this week after a bye week. After a bye week, the Bulldogs are looking like an SEC and national title contender again.

It will be interesting to see how Georgia fits into the postseason given the loss to Alabama but the win over Texas. Buckle up, people!

Klatt didn't put Ohio State too low on his list, but he also had good reasons. A 21-17 win over Nebraska could be worrisome, but at least the Buckeyes played strong defense and held firm when it mattered most.

The running game was, as Ryan Day said, a problem on Saturday. On paper, this is still one of the most talented teams, if not the most talented. But will they prove it in the end?

The Nittany Lions struggled against Wisconsin, but came away clean on the other end. According to Klatt, they are one of the top four teams heading into Week 10.

The biggest question is the health of QB Drew Allar, but the Nittany Lions got it done with Beau Pribula under center. It's fair to wonder if it's the same team without its starting quarterback, but we'll see how it all plays out next weekend against Ohio State.

The Longhorns escaped Vanderbilt with a 27-24 road win, and it may not have been as close as the final score suggested. Vandy scored with less than a minute left to cut the game to three points.

Klatt kept Texas in his top 5 after their last win. If you're the Longhorns, you would have liked to see a more convincing win, but you'll take it for now. On to the final stage!

Clemson is at the top of Klatt's list this week after a bye week. The Tigers are six wins in a row and will certainly be favorites in at least four of their last five games.

This is a true ACC contender and Klatt actually has Clemson higher than undefeated Miami. This could be the ACC title game when all is said and done.

The Hoosiers remained undefeated and Curt Cignetti should be the clear favorite for Coach of the Year at this point. Klatt moved Indiana up two spots after this weekend.

No Kurtis Rourke? No problem. Indiana utilized a backup quarterback, a solid offense and defense, and a pure desire to beat Washington at home before College GameDay. The story of the year.

The Vols had this weekend off after a win over Alabama. We're talking Texas and Georgia at the top of the SEC, but you have to consider Tennessee in the mix.

Klatt kept them at No. 8 this week and Tennessee could very well do it in a few weeks. First up is against Kentucky and Mississippi State before heading to Athens to play Georgia.

Alabama rebounded the most, climbing back into Klatt's top 10 rankings after Week 9. The Crimson Tide beat Missouri 34-0 at home.

Brady Cook and Drew Pyne failed to make it, with the former injured throughout. Pyne threw three picks while Alabama dominated on the ground. They are now 6-2 and are back in the game.

Miami dominated Florida State, but despite a 36-14 win against an in-state opponent, it wasn't even a pretty look. The Hurricanes dominated on the ground with Damien Martinez carrying 15 carries for 148 yards and two touchdowns.

Cam Ward was okay in the game, throwing for 208 yards but not scoring. Even though he caught a touchdown pass! Klatt kept the Canes in the top 10 this week.

Texas A&M and LSU went head-to-head, with the Aggies coming out on top, winning seven straight. Iowa State and BYU are still undefeated in the Big 12 and Notre Dame dispatched Navy without issue. The final stretch of the season is going to be wild.
