Doe says in the documentary that she had just moved to Los Angeles to pursue a dance career when she took a trip to Miami with a friend in December 2020. While she was there, she claimed to have received a call on December 30 from someone she knew who invited her onto Sean “Diddy” Combs' yacht.

When she arrived, Doe noticed Brown, 35, was there and thought it was a “sign” that he “could maybe help me or guide me or give me some advice,” she claims.

In the documentary, Brown's lawyers say Doe's claims are completely fabricated. A representative for Brown did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

An attorney for Combs — who is currently in prison facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and solicitation for prostitution — declined to comment.

Doe claims Brown then took her to a bedroom. “I remember sitting back and thinking, 'Why can't I get up?' Next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn't move and I said 'no' and then I felt him…next thing I knew he was inside me,” Doe tearfully claims she ejaculated internally. “I was so disgusted.”

Doe says in the document that a legal team approached her to build a case, but a judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice” in 2022, citing “lack of prosecution,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE emerges.
