CLEVELAND – Browns linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah was sidelined during Sunday's 29-24 win over the Baltimore Ravens with a neck injury that left him immobile in the third quarter.

Owusu-Koramoah suffered the injury after a collision with running back Derrick Henry. He was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation but is showing movement in all extremities.

Henry's arm touched Owusu-Koramoah's neck while Owusu-Koramoah attempted to make a tackle. He was driven back and remained on the ground after the game.

After medical trainers tended to Owusu-Koramoah for several minutes, he was placed on a backboard and carried off the field. Owusu-Koramoah raised his right fist as he left the field.

Owusu-Koramoah, a fourth-year player from Notre Dame, was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time last season. In Week 8, he led the Browns with 54 tackles.

Browns cornerback Denzel Ward was also ruled out. Coach Kevin Stefanski said after the game that Ward had been diagnosed with a concussion.

This is the sixth documented concussion Ward has suffered since entering the NFL in 2018.
