Will the Indianapolis Colts take the field today in Week 8 of the NFL schedule?

After a Week 7 win over the Miami Dolphins, the Colts will return to action in Week 8, traveling to Houston to take on the Texans.

The last time these two teams met in Week 1, the Texans left Indianapolis with a 29-27 win. It was an efficient performance from Houston quarterback CJ Stroud, but the story was that Joe Mixon and the Texans' running game shut down the Colts' defense.

On the other side of the ball, the Colts offense was able to generate several explosive plays, but the performance of this unit was very inconsistent, with either big shots on goal or short possessions and very little in between.

Even though it's only Week 8, Sunday's meeting between these two teams has significant implications for the AFC South division race.
