Based on a terrifying true story: Lifetime's A Mormon Mother Was Wrong: The Ruby Franke Story will premiere Saturday, October 26th at 8/7c.

Lifelong The Ruby Franke story tells the true story of six adorable children, a loving husband and Ruby Franke (Emilie Ullerup) who created “8 Passengers,” a web series that documents the group's everyday life and Ruby's LDS-influenced parenting style.

To viewers, Ruby had the perfect life, but things took a turn for the worse when Ruby's marriage counselor Jodi Hildebrandt (Heather Locklear) came into her life. After Jodi moves into Ruby's house, the environment becomes toxic and Ruby's husband is forced to move out.

Jodi and Ruby's views on disciplining children were not “strict parenting” but actually abuse. However, when Ruby's 12-year-old son escaped from Ruby and Jodi's real-life horror house with clear signs of abuse, the truth finally came to light.
