There was a lot of lust behind those hazel eyes.

Kelly Clarkson was visibly nervous during a heated moment with country singer Warren Zeiders on her talk show last week. The “Since U Been Gone” singer seemed attracted to Zeiders as soon as he took the stage, and Clarkson immediately remarked that his long locks were so beautiful that he should “do a hair commercial.”

But the tension only increased when Clarkson began asking Zeiders about his love of lacrosse, a sport he played for 12 years. As the two began to delve into the subject, a photo of a shirtless Zeider holding a lacrosse stick appeared on the screen behind them.

“I don’t think people know what lacrosse is — oh shit,” Clarkson said when she saw Zeiders’ photo.

The Grammy winner then shifted in her seat and looked over at her audience with a look of adorable shock on her face.

Zeiders, realizing full well that Clarkson was hot and bothered by his photo, began jokingly fanning himself.

“Maybe I need to take my jacket off,” the “Pretty Little Poison” singer flirtatiously told Clarkson.

“I didn't know this was coming,” Clarkson said, pointing to Zeiders' photo. “I have to be prepared for that.”

Then Clarkson began to stutter.

“…That was…that's…well, that's nice,” she said, still admiring his photo.

After the interview aired, a clip of the moment was posted to Instagram, and many of Clarkson's fans felt there was a lot of chemistry between the two.

“Her reaction was everything 😂 Do it girl. Get them digits,” one commenter said.

“They would be a super cute couple…” said another.

“He shorted Kelly Clarkson 🔥👀😂🥵,” a third joked.

Clarkson could certainly use some spice in her life. At the beginning of this year the The New York Post obtained court documents Clarkson filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband and former manager Brandon Blackstock, claiming he tried to stop her from being a host on “The Voice.” by telling her that she wasn't sexy enough for the job.

After being treated this way by her then-husband, we think it might be beneficial for Clarkson to ask Zeiders if he would be up for a duet.
