Coby White scored a team-high 35 points on 12-for-20 shooting from the field and seven three-pointers to help the visiting Chicago Bulls to a 133-122 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.

Zach LaVine added 25 points while Nikola Vucevic scored 22 points and 10 points, giving Chicago its first win of the season. Josh Giddey added 17 points and nine assists, Patrick Williams contributed 13 and Jalen Smith scored 11 points off the bench.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 38 points and added 11 rebounds. Damian Lillard scored 28 points, Taurean Prince scored 11, Gary Trent Jr. finished with 10 points and Bobby Portis had a team-high nine points and 12 rebounds off the bench.

Trailing by one point at halftime, Chicago opened the second half with a 16-8 run, capped by a Vucevic three-pointer with 7:34 left in the third period, prompting a timeout for Milwaukee.

Antetokounmpo's three-point play cut the Bucks' deficit to 81-79 with 6:34 left in the third, but Chicago answered again to take a 102-95 lead in the fourth.

AJ Green began the final quarter with consecutive three-pointers that cut Chicago's lead to one. The Bulls responded with a 13-1 run that extended Chicago's lead to 115-102 with 8:23 left.

Trailing 128-113, Milwaukee reeled off seven straight points to cut the deficit to eight, but that's as good as the Bucks would get.

In the first quarter, Pat Connaughton's triple gave the Bucks a 32-24 lead. Dalen Terry's free throw and five consecutive points from White cut Chicago's deficit to 32-30 after the first quarter.

Trailing 41-39, Chicago took the lead on Smith's three-pointer with 9:03 left in the first half, but Milwaukee responded with an 8-0 run.

Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 17 first-half points, while White and Lavine led Chicago with 17 points each.
