Nicole Kidman's Younger co-star Harris Dickinson opens up about 'embarrassing' moments during Babygirl sex scenes

Nicole Kidman's co-star Harris Dickinson revealed what it was like filming steamy sex scenes on the set of her new film Babygirl.

The 28-year-old Iron Claw actor stars alongside the 57-year-old Big Little Lies star in the Halina Reijn-directed erotic film, in which the two embark on an affair.

Harris shared in a new interview with Variety that he and Nicole worked with an intimacy coordinator and admitted that it was “embarrassing” to film one of his unrehearsed sex scenes.

“We talked to the intimacy coordinator about it, and then Nicole and I kind of did our own thing after setting the parameters that we were both comfortable with,” he said.

“The intimacy coordinator says, ‘What are you comfortable with, what do you want as a director, what can you do from this vision?’ They facilitate that and do it very gently without interrupting the actual scene.”

It comes after Nicole admitted she had to stop filming Babygirl because she didn't want to have an “orgasm” anymore

“There were times during filming when I thought, 'I don't want to have an orgasm anymore.'

“Don't come near me.” I hate doing that. I don't care if I'm never touched again in my life! I'm over it. “For me it was so present the whole time that it was almost like burnout.”

She also said she found filming her raunchy scenes with Harris “liberating.”

According to People, she explained that she felt completely safe performing the intimate scenes as director Halina made sure that none of the actors were pushed out of their comfort zone.

During a recent question-and-answer session, Kidman said, “It's kind of jumping off the cliff, okay, I'm just going to drop everything and explore that with the people that I trust in this genre that's already set.”

“But hopefully we can explore new territory, especially with the woman at the helm.”

She added: “You have your director at the helm saying, ‘I’m going to protect you. Nothing that will be in the film will be anything that you are not comfortable with. You’ll be fine.”

The Eyes Wide Shut actress emphasized that she also had “tremendous trust” in her young co-star during these scenes. She added: “We looked at each other and said, 'Okay.'

While Dickinson admitted that he was sometimes “really scared” about filming intimate scenes with Kidman, the actor insisted that Reijn never forced them to continue filming if they felt uncomfortable.
