Millie Bobby Brown was accused of using lip fillers after she posted a makeup-free video of herself applying moisturizer to her face.

The 20-year-old actress took to Instagram on Monday to promote her own skincare line, Florence by Mills, as she told her fans, “Preparing skin for press day,” while a woman applied cream to her face and gave her a cream mini massage.

But despite Millie's glowing skin, many of her 63.5 million followers were more focused on her pout, with one person commenting: “Looks like you've had lip fillers.” Why? “You were amazing just the way you were,” and another claimed: “Someone has lip fillers.”

A third person accused: “Oh no, she joined the lip pump crew!” and a fourth fan asked: “Why those lips?” You had a perfect nature.”

Someone else remarked: “The lips are completely different,” while another urged: “Please stop getting your lips done, you are so naturally beautiful the fake lips will ruin it.”

Another fan asked, “No, what did you do to your lips?” while someone else pondered, “Did she have fillers?” Be so disappointing if she did.”

Others were confused as to why Millie – who recently married Jon Bon Jovi's son Jake in a lavish wedding in Italy – didn't apply her own moisturizer.

One person scoffed: “I'm convinced celebrities don't have arms and need people to do everything for them,” while another admitted: “I could never let anyone touch my face like that.”

Someone else claimed it seemed “intrusive”, while another person told Millie: “You should always put your own cream on your own face.”

Another person joked: “Does she have someone to brush her teeth too?” while another fan fumed: “You look like your maids do it themselves out of respect.”

It comes just days after Millie made a very glamorous appearance at New York Comic Con on October 17, where she sat on a panel alongside Chris Pratt to promote the upcoming Netflix film The Electric State.

The Stranger Things actress looked incredible as she showed off her sleek bobby pins in a silver sparkly playsuit, which she paired with black heels and a wet-look hairstyle.

It was the first time fans had gotten a glimpse of Millie's two wedding rings since she tied the knot with Jake for the second time in Tuscany earlier this month.

During the celebrations, she wore a dazzling silver band with small green emeralds as well as her diamond wedding ring.
