PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Authorities closed roads in a community south of Phoenix after bags containing a substance were found in several locations Tuesday morning.

Details are still unclear, but around 3 a.m., Phoenix firefighters and police responded to Dignity Health Urgent Care in Ahwatukee for an emergency.

When Arizona's family arrived on the scene, there was a large emergency response at the Dignity Health facility.

Phoenix Fire confirmed that a substance was found near the health facility as well as several other locations in the area. They also confirmed that no injuries were reported in this incident.

Signs with political messages and a bag of unknown white powder could be seen at the locations. The signs read messages such as “DEMS LIE” and “DEMS KILL JEWS.” Another read “Never Harris,” referring to Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
