John Harbaugh is 62 years old. He was born on September 23, 1962. Jim Harbaugh is 60 years old. He was born on December 23, 1963. They were both born in Toledo, Ohio, but moved when their father's coaching career took them there.

John, the older of the two Harbaugh brothers, is 15 months older than Jim. John Harbaugh began his coaching career immediately after his playing career ended in 1984. He has been the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens since 2008.

Jim Harbaugh is the younger of the two Harbaugh brothers. He was a first-round pick in the 1987 NFL Draft and spent 14 years as an NFL quarterback. He began coaching as an unpaid college assistant during his NFL career and fully entered the coaching world in 2002. Although the sample size is smaller, Jim Harbaugh's winning percentage is quite impressive. As a college head coach, Jim Harbaugh compiled a 144-52 record and culminated in leading Michigan to a national championship.
