• Alaska Department of Motor Vehicles – Closed.

• Bassett Army Community Hospital – Only inpatient services and emergency department open.

• Fairbanks Catholic Schools – All classes and activities canceled.

• City of Fairbanks – Garbage collection ended at noon Monday and will continue where it left off Tuesday.

• Cold Spot for Healthy Pets – Closed.

• Concentra Urgent Care – Closed.

• Eielson Air Force Base – Required for mission and emergency personnel only.

• Fairbanks Eye Clinic – Closes Monday at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 22nd, closed all day.

• Fairbanks North Star Borough School District – All school and extracurricular events canceled.

• Fairbanks North Star Borough – All FNSB facilities are closed and all services are suspended.

• Fairbanks Memorial Hospital – Clinic closed, emergency room open, surgeries and procedures taking place as scheduled, but patients will be notified if any changes occur.

• Fairbanks Native Association – Head Start, Community Services, Johnson O'Malley Program and Tribal Home Visiting are closed. Behavioral health services are open.

• Foundation Health Partners – Business office and medical records office are closed.

• Fort Wainwright Army Base – Mission essential personnel only.

• Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitor Center – closed.

• Porter Hearth & Vascular Center – Closed.

• Region 3 Election Office – Early Voting Closed.

• Tanana Chiefs Conference – Closed.

• Tanana Valley Clinic – Clinic closed.

• University of Alaska Fairbanks – All in-person classes canceled.
