The Cardinals are looking for the win they need and are preparing for a return to primetime

But not all players think that way. During his time with the Seahawks, DeeJay Dallas took part in a few night games. He has gotten used to playing at night and emphasizes: “It's a normal ball. Someone will shoot the ball and someone will receive the ball.”

The main difference when preparing for a night game is how you spend your time during the day. Safety Budda Baker said a meeting may be added to the list, but overall each player handles night games differently.

Rookie offensive lineman Isaiah Adams said he plans to incorporate napping into the schedule, while linebacker Zaven Collins said the hardest part is determining his meal plan.

“You have to force yourself to eat,” Collins said. “Because most of the time, whether you're nervous or whatever you want to call it, butterflies or something like that, people don't eat, so you have to force yourself.”

Dallas, on the other hand, prepares for the game with the same mindset as they do with kickoffs.

“I thrive on chaos, so I make my daily routine as chaotic as possible,” Dallas said. “I thrive in chaos, and I create chaos on game day. I change it from week to week, hour to hour, minute to minute.”

It's a unique approach, especially considering how quickly things can change in the NFL. The Cardinals experienced that against the Commanders, followed by a strong win over the 49ers before taking a step back last weekend against the Packers.

“In the game against Washington (in the 49ers game), when we hit the fan when we were cheering, your back was against the wall and the only thing that's right is to get rid of him and fight,” Murphy said – said Bunting. “I think that’s the same thing we’re going to get into this week. We were excited last week and now we just have to show who we are again.”
