    The Jacksonville Jaguars defend their home game against the New England Patriots on Sunday morning in London.

    Both teams were unlucky in the 2024 NFL season, but both teams also entered the season with completely different expectations. The Jaguars were looking to compete a year after finishing second in the AFC South and two seasons after winning the AFC.

    Most of the blame for this season lies with quarterback Trevor Lawrence on his shoulder pads. After a lackluster performance against the Chicago Bears, Lawrence and head coach Doug Pederson must quickly figure out their bottom-third offense as their playoff hopes fizzle out.

    The spotlight is not only on the Jaguars' starter, but also on the Patriots' new quarterback. Drake Maye took over as QB1 from Jacoby Brissett in Week 6 and had a respectable performance: Maye threw three touchdowns and two interceptions in the loss to Houston, but also showed some flashes
