It's a musical collaboration you won't want to miss. The new single from American singer Bruno Mars and BLACKPINK member Rose Suitable was released today (October 18). A few days before the release, Bruno Mars hinted that he had teamed up with the K-pop star for a music project by sharing an anecdote on Instagram. The On the ground The singer revealed that Rose introduced him to a “Korean drinking game.” He wrote: “So I was minding my life after Rose introduced me to this Korean drinking game and made me naughty.” Shortly after, she tried to kiss me and I said, “Woah, Rosie!” What part of the game is that?' She said, “I'm not playing games with you anymore, little boy!” Big Rosie on this BIDNESS!'. Shaken, I replied: “Stop, Rosie, I’m scared!” But otherwise a super relaxing night.”

Along with the article, Bruno Mars published a monochrome picture with Rose. The snapshot captures a stack of hands placed one on top of the other. Bruno and Rose also take part in the hand stack game. Rose commented on the post and said: “What's wrong with uuuu?”

Rose also shared a candid picture with Bruno Mars on Instagram announcing her new single. The photo showed the musicians with million-dollar smiles. “The night I taught Bruno how to play a Korean drinking game,” the BLACKPINK star confessed. Bruno Mars responded to the post saying: “So much fun! Do you remember when you tried to kiss me? That was strange. Except for that sick picture!”

On Thursday (October 17th), Bruno Mars and Rose announced their collaboration through a joint Instagram post. “SUITABLE.︎ OCT 18,” read the side note. The poster alongside the announcement features the silhouettes of Bruno Mars and Rose against an all-pink background. While Bruno Mars sits behind a drum set, Rose poses in a leather jacket. The names of the artists and their latest single are also highlighted on the poster in large, bold letters.

Suitable is Rose's first release following her debut solo album Rosie. It is also the first release post where Bruno Mars collaborates with Lady Gaga for the song Die with a smile.
