Ben Stiller's The Nutcracker will stream exclusively on Hulu in November

Already in September it was reported that the The streaming service was in final talks to take over the Toronto Film Festival (TIFF) family comedy.

diversity reports that Ben Stiller nutcracker was acquired by Hulu and will stream exclusively starting November 29th.
Directed by David Gordon Green, the new film tells the story of Mike (Stiller), who must move to Ohio to care for his sister's children after her untimely death.
Green is best known for his work on Halloween Franchise and Pineapple Express.
Linda Cardellini, Edi Patterson, Tim Heidecker and Toby Huss also star in the Christmas comedy.
Stiller's onscreen nephews are played by newcomers and real-life siblings Homer, Ulysses, Atlas and Arlo Janson. The film was shot on the Janson family farm and dance studio in Ohio.
Green, who is friends with the boys' mother, Karey Williams, made the film about their family.
nutcracker premiered at TIFF in September and continues to stream internationally Disney+.
Indiewire reviewed the film saying, “It's refreshing to see Green do what he wants, combining some of his favorite elements (talented kids, sharp comedic timing, a rural setting, and a genuine warmth that's hard to fake), to make a new film.” is just as good for his soul as it is for the audience.”
nutcracker was fully financed by Rivulet Films with producers Rob Paris, Mike Witherill and Nate Meyer of Rough House.
The script was developed by Leland Douglas of Rough House.
