Reasonable doubt Season 2 is coming to an end.

The second season finale airs on Thursday (October 17). Hulu.

Here's a synopsis: “After the verdict in the Shanelle case, Jax and Lewis must figure out what their future holds.”

The series first premiered in fall 2022 and returned for a second season in 2024. Of course, fans are excited to see whether the legal drama will continue for a third season.

Unfortunately, Hulu has not yet made a decision on whether or not to renew the show.

Based on the first two seasons, the third season would likely cover a very different case, as the first was about a high-profile murder and the second was about domestic violence leading to murder.

If there is a third season, we would expect to see the main protagonist Jacqueline “Jax” Stewart (Emayatzy Corinealdi) is back for another season, but there are no details on a possible cast.

There was about two years between the first and second seasons, so we might not hear about season 3 for a while if they do decide to continue the series for another season. Stay tuned!
