Two years after Mike Shouhed was arrested on domestic violence charges, footage of his brutal attack on his then-fiancée Paulina Ben-Cohen has emerged.

In the video, obtained by TMZ on Thursday, a man who appears to be the “Shahs of Sunset” alum grabs Ben-Cohen by the hair and pulls her to the ground.

A clothes rack then falls on her.

After Ben-Cohen's face is pushed into the ground, she throws objects at the person until he leaves the closet.

Further footage takes place in a playroom, where the man appears to be choking Ben-Cohen, to which she responds with defensive slaps to his head and face.

Representatives for Shouhed and Ben-Cohen have not yet responded to Page Six's requests for comment.

The incident allegedly occurred in March 2022 over a hookah, with Shouhed being arrested at the time for “intimate partner violence causing injury.”

While it was unknown who the victim was at the time, Ben-Cohen was identified four months later.

“Paulina's primary focus is to protect herself and her children,” her lawyer told Page Six in July 2022, referring to her two children from a previous marriage.

In October this year, Shouhed was ordered to attend anger management and parenting classes, as well as complete a gun safety course and perform community service.

He was prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm until he completed a diversion program, and charges of domestic violence, assault and unlawful attempt to dissuade a witness were subsequently dismissed.

When Ben-Cohen sued her former partner in March, screenshots of the closet and playroom altercation were included in the file.

She claimed that after the fight, Shouhed went to get a gun – whereupon the police were called and he was arrested.

Ben-Cohen claimed in court documents that the former Bravolebrity's alleged abuse started with verbal insults, calling her a “piece of shit” and a “fucking whore.”

She claimed Shouhed, who was previously married to Jessica Parido, also attacked her in 2021, the same year the duo announced their engagement.
