“I am incredibly honored and pleased to have been unanimously confirmed as owner of the Las Vegas Raiders,” Brady said in a statement on Tuesday. “During my NFL career, I learned that football, at its core, is a game about teamwork, resilience and a relentless pursuit of excellence. The Raiders franchise and the city of Las Vegas embody the same values, and I am honored to become a part of this story.”

Brady and Tom Wagner, the founder of Knightead Capital, reportedly bought the Raiders at a valuation of around $3.5 billion, a 10 percent stake.

The green light for ownership comes about a month after Brady made his broadcast debut as lead NFL analyst on Fox.

Adding to what has already been a monumental year of change for Brady are the new restrictions he will abide by as an analyst and current NFL owner.

The future Hall of Famer is not permitted to be at another team's facility and watch practices. He is also prohibited from publicly criticizing game officials and other teams, according to ESPN.

Additionally, Brady cannot attend production meetings virtually or in person.

The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback agreed to a massive 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox in 2022. His discussions with the Raiders about ownership were first revealed a year later.

Despite the obvious hurdles facing Brady, sources told The Post's Ryan Glasspiegel over the summer that Fox execs were “not at all” concerned about the possible restrictions.

Brady, who played in the league for 23 seasons, has become more comfortable in his role as a commentator after his shaky debut in Week 1.

He and Kevin Burkhardt will be in San Francisco on Sunday for a 2024 Super Bowl rematch between the 49ers and Chiefs.
