Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit as sexual assault and human trafficking allegations mount against the hip-hop mogul. The hip-hop mogul is in prison awaiting trial in 2025 after pleading not guilty to federal criminal charges.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Northern California and obtained by USA TODAY on Tuesday, Ashley Parham, a California resident, accused Combs of sexual assault and battery, abuse, false imprisonment and kidnapping. She claims to have met Combs virtually in February 2018, when a man she met at a bar started a FaceTime call with the Bad Boy Records founder outside the bar.

In response to a request for comment, Combs' team shared the same statement that lawyers issued on a motion seeking the identities of six new accusers of sexual assault and rape.

“These allegations followed more than a dozen previously filed and currently pending lawsuits, some of which have already been discredited, but only after they caused irreparable damage to Mr. Combs' character and reputation,” the lawyers said. “These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irretrievably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if it has not already done so.”

Parham alleged in her lawsuit that after she alleged in the call that Combs was involved in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakurs, the man from the bar “set up” her to be attacked by Combs the following month . The alleged attack took place on March 23, 2018, at the man's apartment in Orinda, California – a city outside Oakland, she says.

Combs threatened her with a knife and, along with several unknown accomplices, raped her, Parham says.

Kristina Khorram, who Combs previously described as “my right-hand woman” at Combs Enterprises, is among the co-defendants accused of abetting Combs' predatory sexual behavior and proclivities by causing (Parham) to also sexually assault the defendant, Diddy being attacked and raped to help cover up the crime afterwards.”

She is seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial.

USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Combs and Khorram for comment. TMZ was the first to report Parham's lawsuit.

Parham allegedly told a Contra Costa Sheriff's Office officer who was on the scene after responding to a neighbor's call that she had been “forcibly gang raped” by Combs and accomplices.

She says she went to a hospital for treatment and examination and had a rape kit done. While she was there, she said, Walnut Creek police officers took her statement, which omitted Combs' name during her testimony “because she believed she would be ignored … and/or further harmed by defendant Diddy.” “If he found out she was named.” him to the police.

She also claims that she filed a report with the Orinda Police Department, “but again was too afraid to name defendant Diddy as one of her attackers.”

The lawsuit comes a day after six civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault of a minor and multiple counts of rape were filed against Combs between 1995 and 2021. Since then, at least a dozen civil lawsuits have been filed against the hip-hop legend over the past year. His ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of raping and abusing her for over a decade in a quickly settled legal battle.

Combs' lawyers said in a court filing that Cassie received an eight-figure payment as part of the settlement.

A month ago, Combs was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Despite the civil and criminal charges against him, he maintains his innocence.
