Former President Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee, joins Fox News' Harris Faulkner in the battleground state of Georgia to speak to an all-female audience about issues that concern them most at a town hall event airing Wednesday .

The town hall will be filmed on Tuesday at a venue called the Reid Barn in Cumming, Georgia, and will air on “The Faulkner Focus” on Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET. Ahead of the event, Faulkner emphasized the importance of women's voting and emphasized that presidential candidates have the opportunity to explain their programs to the demographic.

“Women make up the largest group of registered and active voters in the United States. Therefore, it is paramount that female voters understand where the presidential candidates stand on the issues that matter most to them. “I look forward to offering our viewers the opportunity to learn more about where former President Trump stands on these issues,” Faulkner said in a Fox News press release.

Georgia is once again a battleground state with both parties vying for votes to help determine the election. Trump won the state in 2016 against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In 2020, the state fell blue, with now-President Biden winning the state by 0.23% over Trump.

The biggest issues affecting women this cycle include abortion, the economy, immigration and health care, according to Fox polls. Trump is expected to discuss these issues in detail at the town hall.
