The Hollywood legend's daughter has been released on bail after being arrested on domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation with her boyfriend. According to law enforcement, the incident occurred Saturday evening while the couple was driving through Beverly Hills.

What started as a verbal disagreement reportedly escalated, resulting in Francesca Eastwood being allegedly physically assaulted during the confrontation.

According to TMZ, Francesca's boyfriend contacted authorities and police recommended that he drive to the Beverly Hills Police Department's secure zone to meet officers. Upon arrival, police officers spoke with both individuals and observed visible injuries to the friend.

As a result, Francesca, the daughter of legendary actor Clint Eastwood, was arrested and subsequently charged with domestic violence.

According to the same sources, Francesca's boyfriend refused medical attention after the incident and online records indicate that she posted a $50,000 bond for her release from custody.

Clint is the father of a total of eight children, including six daughters – Laurie, Kimber, Alison, Kathryn, Francesca and Morgan – and two sons, Kyle and Scott. His eldest daughter Laurie was born in 1954, while his youngest daughter Morgan was born in 1996.

Francesca is the first and only child of legendary actor Clint and British actress Frances Fisher.

Like her older brother Kyle, Francesca completed her education at the University of Southern California. Francesca spoke in particular about her experiences growing up as a father with such a legendary figure, while also reflecting on the differences she observed in him as a grandparent. She offered a unique perspective on his development from a committed father to a loving grandfather.

“I mean, just the cutest. “You know, my father was very strict and my mother – both of my parents were very strict with me when I was a child,” she told Fox. “And it's so beautiful and sometimes bittersweet to see how simply in love and simply classic Grandpa and…” Grandma to her grandson who can do no wrong. But it's beautiful. And they have their own relationship, which I'm obviously involved in. They are amazing and so present.”

Francesca fondly remembers her childhood spent on film sets with her parents, describing it as a “huge blessing” that allowed her to observe her craft and learn from her experiences.

“I have great respect and appreciation for everything that goes into making a film,” she said. “It's really a place that I feel like – I feel like a second home, being on set no matter what, no matter what kind of set it is. Some are better than others, but I feel like it's been a huge blessing as it's opened up the world to me to something I really enjoy doing and I appreciate them for treating me like an adult in that way treat. At a very young age.”

This early exposure to the entertainment industry sparked her passion for acting and inspired her to pursue a career in the field herself.

Francesca and her son Titan, who recently turned 6, bond over watching Francesca's father and Titan's grandfather's films.

“(Titan) loves watching his old movies, he loves the Dirty Harry movies. And it's great because I haven't seen a lot of them, so I can kind of see some of these movies that I never saw because we never sat down and watched them growing up. We checked out his new stuff,” Francesca told Us Weekly.

“Now he wants to be a director,” she added of Titan, “and he understands what shots are and everyone’s roles and camera angles. Seeing him at such a young age has that understanding and curiosity that I have. “Anyway, it’s really fun to be involved as much as possible.”
