“I’m into leather,” she said. “Big, big earrings. Silver accessories. When I wear it, I just feel like, “Okay, I'm a rock star.” I'm going to walk like a rock star. I’ll sit like a rock star.”

This attitude also reflects Lisa's newfound self-confidence. “To be honest, I'm not the type of person who can express my feelings very well,” she said. “Lately I’ve been feeling more confident about what I think and saying it out loud.”

Lisa releases music under her own management company and is responsible for her decisions at work and beyond. She's consciously decisive: “I think that's the most important thing,” she told ELLE. “Because if I say, 'Ah, it's okay,' (people) don't know – am I really okay with it?” So I have to be able to say “yes” or “no”. Not in between.”
