Aggies want to right the ship

Parker Awad has thrown for 363 yards, 3 touchdowns and 3 INTs on a 40.8% pass rate, while Santino Marucci has thrown for 292 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 picks on a 44.9% pass rate. Seth McGowan leads the Aggies with 392 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and Mike Washington also has 273 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns this year. PJ Johnson III has a team-high 156 receiving yards, while TJ Pride also has a team-high 16 receptions for 144 yards this year. On defense, Tyler Martinez has a team-high 42 total tackles, while Buddha Peleti has a team-high 2.5 sacks and Josiah Cox also has two interceptions for the Aggies' defensive unit.

Louisiana Tech vs New Mexico State Prediction

I'm on the Aggies' side with the points on this one. Don't get me wrong, New Mexico State is not a good football team, but I think we're still a little overreacting to Louisiana Tech's win over Middle Tennessee. I admit I picked the Blue Raiders, but in my eyes the Blue Raiders are still the worst defense in the country. New Mexico State isn't great, but what they do better defensively is stop the pass, which is what Louisiana Tech wants to do and did in droves against Middle Tennessee. New Mexico State has been much better at home than NMSU on the road, as the Aggies have lost 10 and 6 at home to New Mexico and Liberty. LA Tech lost to FIU as away favorites earlier this season and I just don't know if I want to get a high number with them here. Give me New Mexico State and the points.
