Reddit is no longer available in the UK and US, with thousands of users reporting problems with the social media site.

According to website trouble tracker Down Detector, the problems began around 5 a.m. Monday.

The Reddit website is currently displaying a blank page with the error message “No healthy upstream.”

This usually means that a site is having difficulty connecting to its backend servers or is unable to translate its domain name into a corresponding IP address.

Other users have reported that the site was displaying various error messages, including “upstream connection error.”
