The Phoenix Suns rest Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal and Tyus Jones for their fourth preseason game on Sunday against the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena in Denver.

Durant, Beal and Jones played in Phoenix's first three preseason games.

This is Phoenix's fourth preseason game in eight days, three of them on the road. Monte Morris, rookie Ryan Dunn, Royce O'Neale, Bol Bol and Mason Plumlee will start Sunday.

Morris, Bol and Plumlee each played for the Nuggets.

This is Dunn's second straight start. He started Thursday against the Detroit Pistons in place of Booker, who missed the game with right ankle soreness.

Jusuf Nurkic (finger), Grayson Allen (Achilles), Josh Okogie (hamstring) and Booker (ankle) were out for Sunday's game, Suns coach Mike Budenholzer said after practice Saturday.

The Suns' starting five, consisting of Jones, Booker, Beal, Durant and Nurkic, have not yet played a game together in the preseason. Nurkic did not play the entire preseason because he injured his left middle finger during training camp.

Booker played in the first two preseason games and Allen saw action in the preseason opener.

The Suns will play their final preseason game on Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers at the Footprint Center. They open the 2024-25 regular season on October 23rd at the Los Angeles Clippers.
