As the Philadelphia Eagles look to shake things up following their bye after an inconsistent 2-2 start to the season, head coach Nick Sirianni went a step further and changed his appearance.

Sirianni showed off his freshly shaved head before the Eagles' game against the Cleveland Browns at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

Sirianni did address His job status on Friday when asked if Robert Saleh's firing by the New York Jets has him thinking about his own future.

“No,” Sirianni said. “Of course I wish him nothing but the best. I had a good working relationship with coach Saleh, but I'm just focused on how we can get better. I know you can probably say, 'That's coach talk.' I’m not a cop – that’s how I live, that’s how I acted.”

A lot of what happens with the Eagles the rest of this season could depend on how Jalen Hurts performs and how he responds to his head coach. It's well-documented that they didn't see eye to eye last season.

Hurts told reporters Wednesday that he and Sirianni had some “great moments” and “came together in harmony” during the Eagles' Week 5 bye.

A crucial phase begins for the Eagles on Sunday, as three of their next four games are winnable. They play the Browns, New York Giants, Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars before playing the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders in back-to-back divisional games.

The Browns, Giants, Bengals and Jaguars currently have a combined record of 5-16. The Bengals are probably the best team in this group and could give Philadelphia problems because their offense is playing so well, but they are 1-4 because their defense is 31st in points allowed per game.

Sloppy play on both sides of the ball is the reason for Philadelphia's 2-2 start. The Eagles are one of only two teams that have committed at least eight turnovers and have played just four games. The Tennessee Titans are the others with nine turnovers in four games.
