Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. left Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers early.

Harrison Jr. suffered a concussion in the first half against the Packers in Week 6 and ultimately left.

Marvin Harrison Jr. injury update

The Cardinals' rookie wide receiver suffered the head injury while attempting to catch a pass thrown by Kyler Murray midway through the second quarter. Harrison Jr. appeared to hit his head on the thigh of Green Bay Packers linebacker Isaiah McDuffie as he fell to the ground.

Harrison stood up after the game and then stumbled to the ground before being attended to by Arizona medical staff.

Harrison had zero catches on two targets at the time of his injury. The Cardinals trailed 24-10 at halftime.

The Cardinals shut out Harrison shortly after halftime.

The No. 4 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft came into the game with a team-high 17 catches and 279 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Harrison's four touchdowns rank first among NFL rookie receivers.

The Cardinals will only have four healthy receivers on the roster, with Harrison Jr. out. They are as follows:

Murray will continue to rely heavily on his tight end room, with Trey McBride and Elijah Higgins being his primary targets.
