Joe Mixon of the Texans catches a 10-yard TD against the Patriots

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The Texans' offense got off to a good start in Week 6 against the New England Patriots, as running back Joe Mixon caught a 10-yard touchdown to take a 14-0 lead.

The Texans began the afternoon with an 11-play touchdown drive, capped by a touchdown pass from quarterback CJ Stroud to wide receiver Tank Dell, his receiving touchdown of the season.

Stroud & Co. continued their hot start in the second half after the defense forced a three-pointer. The offense received the ball at the Patriots' 45-yard line and marched to the 10-yard line in seven plays. Then Stroud dropped back and found Mixon in the flat, running untouched into the end zone.

The Texans will be without NFL scoring leader Nico Collins (567), who was placed on injured reserve (hamstring) this week. But the offensive didn't let up for a second right from the start.
