A Broadway dancer has been missing from his South Carolina home for over a week.

Zelig Williams, a 28-year-old professional dancer who appeared in “Hamilton” in 2016, was last seen driving in the Congaree National Park area.

Authorities located his abandoned vehicle in the Palmetto Trail parking lot on Bluff Road – about a 30-minute drive from where Williams was last seen, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department.

“RCSD was contacted by a family member on October 4, 2024 and stated that Williams had not heard from any family members since October 3,” RCSD said in a news release. “It is out of character for Williams to forego contact.”

Less than a month before his disappearance, Williams announced on Facebook that he was “ten days away from Broadway Dance Bootcamp.” Williams had given dance lessons to children between the ages of 11 and 18 in Columbia.

“You'll get to know the musical theater combos I choreograph and what you should definitely bring to a Broadway audition!” Zelig wrote in a post.
