Ahead of UFC Paris tomorrow night, almost the entire card has gained weight in today's weigh-ins. Ailin Perez was the only fighter not to reach her limit, tipping the scales at 136.5 pounds for her fight with Zheleznyakova.

However, viewers' main concern was her struggle to even get on the scale. Having never lost weight in her 12 professional fights, she appeared to stumble onto the scale before being asked to pose in a bent-arm position, common for UFC fighters.

She was even having a hard time lifting her arms at this point, leading many fans to question whether or not she should even fight tomorrow night. She has over 24 hours to replenish before the event and the fight officially continues, with her opponent receiving a percentage of her purse.

Perez appeared to have rehydrated well so far and looked almost like a different woman as she hit the scales for the ceremonial weigh-ins this evening. Looking confident, she was drenched in boos from the Paris crowd as she took the stage wearing a medallion that read “GOAT.”

Perez is famous for her dance moves with the audience as well as her impressive skills, and she showed off some of her moves on the way to the scale. This time she had no problem with the pose and held her Argentina flag high, much to the annoyance of fans in the venue.

She engaged in an intense duel with her rival before performing her most famous dance move and enjoying as much time on stage as possible. During her performances, host Michael Bisping noticed that she had lost weight.

Unfortunately for Perez, her social media past has returned after her initial weight loss. After competitor Tracy Cortez had a short-notice fight with Rose Namajunas in July, she mocked her competitor for having to cut her hair to make the 126-pound limit.

Cortez was visibly emotional as she quickly cut her hair, but her fellow campaigner wasn't convinced and decided to mock her on Instagram. “LOL,” she wrote in a story post that has since resurfaced on X, formerly Twitter.

“Wow, you really had to cut your hair to gain weight. You had a great opportunity to face a former UFC champion in the main event, but barely made it. LOL. What a waste of a chance, you show that you are unprepared for such a big moment.”

The Instagram Story clip has since gone viral, with many fans noting the irony in her statements about Cortez. One wrote that “karma is crazy,” while another added: “This is hilarious.”
