    The first month of the NFL season is over and that means it's time to assess where your team stands in fantasy football.

    Those at the top of their league are searching, while those at the bottom are desperate for answers to get out of the basement. Regardless of where a team stands, most fantasy managers will need to start making adjustments to their lineup as the bye weeks begin in Week 5. Need a replacement for your star running back or receiver?

    A month later, a trend is emerging as to which players can be counted on to have a solid performance and which others are just one-game wonders.

    Fantasy football players will be added for Week 5

    Due to the wide variation in league types and individual team requirements, the players listed here range from the lowest to highest availability rates in ESPN leagues, which may or may not be consistent with rates on other platforms.

    Heading into the season, Rachaad White was considered the Buccaneers' all-rounder, but rookie Irving has struggled to get significant playing time. The number of carries he is receiving has increased and he has his first career NFL touchdown. Tampa Bay will also face an Atlanta team that ranks in the bottom half in rushing defense.

    A touchdown dealer may have appeared in New York. After Breece Hall was unable to get into the end zone on goal-line throws, Jets coach Robert Saleh suggested Allen could get touches trying to inbound the ball. If New York finds itself in a score-to-go situation, Allen could get the easy touchdowns.

    While Dallas doesn't run the ball much, there's clearly a new edge. Dowdle has outpaced the returning Ezekiel Elliott over the past three weeks and is posting season-highs in carries and yards. Dowdle is also becoming more reliable in the difficult passing game.

    The years-long relationship between Aaron Rodgers and Lazard is clear to see in New York. Even when the Jets' offense couldn't get into the end zone, Lazard had the majority of scoring Sunday and continued to be a reliable option for Rodgers. Lazard has scored at least 10 points in three of the four contests so far in PPR leagues.

    With Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua still out for Los Angeles, Parkinson has become a more reliable target for Matthew Stafford. He's scored at least five goals in three of the first four games, and if someone misses Sam LaPorta or Dallas Goedert this week, Parkinson is a solid backup choice.

    Malik Nabers was the Giants' headliner, but Daniel Jones found a reliable short-target option in Robinson. He has a season-high 11 receptions and 71 receiving yards with a whopping 14 goals. He has scored at least 11 points in three games this season and can continue to score goals with so much attention on Nabers.

    With Malik Willis under center, no Packers receiver has been reliable in the starting rotation, but the return of Jordan Love should revitalize the passing game. With Christian Watson injured, Romeo Doubs has the chance to score more goals after a mediocre start to the season. It also comes at an opportune time as Green Bay is playing a Rams team that has struggled defensively.

    With Adam Thielen out, Legette took advantage of more opportunities with the best game of his rookie season. He exploded for six catches for 66 yards and a touchdown. Andy Dalton threw the ball well, and Carolina is forced to go into the air more as their defense is unable to do much stopping. The more passing plays are called for, the more chances Legette gets to get behind Diontae Johnson.

    In his first game against his old team, Hunt quickly became Kansas City's starter, ahead of Carson Steele and Samaje Perine. Hunt had a significant amount of carries compared to the other backfield options and was the only one to get some production in receiving. Kansas City's offense is still trying to manage its chaos, but Hunt could emerge as a leader until Isiah Pacheco returns.

    One of the top performers in Week 4 was Derrick Henry, but his backup Hill remains under the radar. Although he doesn't get the carries like Henry, Hill led the Ravens in receptions and had a touchdown reception to go with it. Baltimore loves to run the ball, but when it comes to passes, Lamar Jackson rarely goes deep, and Hill has been reliable when it comes to giving Henry a breather.
