Ford announced changes to its 2025 Mustang Mach-E lineup on Monday, including a lower starting price.

The 2025 Mustang Mach-E is coming to market early next year with one Starting price of $38,490including a $1,995 destination charge, $3,400 less than the 2024 model launch.

In both cases, the starting price is for a rear-wheel drive Select model with a 72 kWh standard range battery. If you want to install all-wheel drive, you have to pay an additional $3,000. The Select model can also be upgraded with a 91 kWh extended-range battery for an additional $8,200, which, while proud, also includes all-wheel drive.

Other models include Premium, GT and Rally, priced at $41,990, $54,490 and $57,990 respectively. All information including destination. The Rally is a robust option coming to market in 2024.

EPA range estimates have not been released, but for the 2024 Mustang with rear-wheel drive and the Standard Range battery, the estimate is 250 miles. Switching to the extended range battery increases the estimated range to 320 miles. Those who opt for all-wheel drive will drop the estimates, typically by about 20 miles. To increase efficiency, especially in colder weather, Ford has made a heat pump standard on the 2025 Mustang Mach-E.

For performance fans, There are the GT and Rally models which are equipped with all-wheel drive and the extended-range battery as standard. They also produce 480 hp.

New features added for 2025 include the latest version of the BlueCruise highway monitored driving system, debuting in the Mustang Mach-E. The new version 1.5 system introduces automatic lane changes and builds on the recently announced version 1.4, which extends BlueCruise's uptime before driver intervention is required.

BlueCruise can already handle lane changes, but currently requires the driver to tap the turn signal to prompt the system. With version 1.5, BlueCruise now initiates the lane change itself when a vehicle in front is traveling slower than the set speed limit or a vehicle behind is entering the fast lane.

Ford has it too introduced a sports appeal package for the Premium model, which adds some of the sporty design elements normally reserved for the GT, such as the unique front fascia and grille treatment, red Brembo brake calipers, red accent stitching and 19-inch wheels with gloss black paint.

A new Ford Connective Package was also introduced. This adds a Wi-Fi hotspot as well as various built-in apps and a navigation system with features such as EV trip planner, destination prediction and route guidance. New color and wheel options have also been added for 2025.
