2024 Election Updates: Trump drives to rally in marked garbage truck

Days after a comedian called Puerto Rico a “pile of garbage” at Donald Trump's MSG rally, the former president drove to a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in a Trump-marked garbage truck on Wednesday.

Trump continued to criticize President Joe Biden's response to the MSG rally's controversial moment when he said Trump's supporters were trash.

Biden clarified his comments and Vice President Kalama Harris told reporters: “I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for.”

However, Trump told reporters during the garbage truck ride that “250 million people are not trash.”

“I can tell you who the real trash is, but I’m not going to say that,” he continued.

Trump falsely claimed that there was corruption in Pennsylvania.

When Trump was later pressed to accept the election results if there was no evidence of fraud, he repeated the claims about Pennsylvania, then said, “If they don't find evidence of fraud anywhere, I'll accept that.”

When pressed about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s possible role in his administration, Trump said vaguely that he would work with him but did not confirm that he would be given the top Health and Human Services job.

“We will work with him and he is a very talented guy. He wants women's health. He wants health for the people and we will work with him. “He’s a very, very talented guy,” Trump said.
